Review my Signature Services to learn what service would be the best fit for you. It’s not just about the pictures, each type of service is explained in depth so that we have the correct length of time for your appointment.

BOOK ONLINE

Visit my online booking link to find a time that works best for your schedule. Note that new color bookings are typically 4-6 weeks out.

PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Once you book your appointment I will send you a New Guest Consultation Forma! Please review my policies & procedures so you are fully informed or can reach out with further questions.

  • I am located inside Salon Lofts the Clayton. There is paid street parking in front or a free lot around the back of SL.

  • I am a non-gratuity service provider, meaning tips are never expected and your total cost is reflected in your service charge.

    I accept all major debit/credit cards. I also accept contactless payments, as well as Apple Pay. I do accept cash however, no change can be provided. To know more about the cost of your individual service, please request a virtual consultation.

  • CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVALS

    I appreciate a 48-hour notice for all cancellations, in order to leave enough time for me to offer that appointment to someone on my waitlist. If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment a fee equal to 50% of your service will be required before rebooking your appointment. If you no-show without notice for a scheduled appointment, you will no longer be allowed to book an appointment in advance without a 100% service deposit.

    New Guests who no-show will not be able to reschedule their appointment.

    If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible by texting 314-971-9330. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you - however, some aspects of your appointment may be adjusted.

    If you are more than 30 mins late I will accept this as a last-minute cancellation and you will be charged for the full value of your scheduled service.

    ADJUSTMENTS AND REFUNDS:

    I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. While I do not offer refunds for services rendered, if you are not entirely satisfied, please let me know within 14 days of your appointment and I will gladly invite you back in to make adjustments at no additional charge. This does not apply if I provided a service we both agreed upon in your consultation and you've changed your mind or attempted to alter your hair elsewhere.

    GUESTS AND CHILDREN

    Please be advised that due to liability reasons and the intimate studio environment, I ask that child care is provided away from the salon. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. All guests are asked to wait outside of Salon Lofts - guests may not wait in the hallways.
